VestRight Reviews
VestRight reviews are a mixed bag. Like most coaching programs, you still need to put in the work to achieve results. Overall, the reviews for VestRight are generally positive. Many investors praise the company for its educational resources and the level of support provided by the team. VestRight students appreciate the step-by-step guidance which helps to simplify the land investment process.
Some reviewers have also noted that the company’s customer service is responsive and helpful, and that they appreciate the level of transparency provided by the team.
However, there are also some negative reviews of VestRight. Some students have complained about the cost of the company’s services and have noted that they did not achieve the expected returns on their investments. Others have noted that the investment process can be time-consuming and requires a significant amount of due diligence.
Investing in land is definitely a niche that is worth pursuing if you like the idea of very little to no competition. Most real estate investors focus on acquiring rental properties, flipping houses or wholesaling. Very few pursue land development and it can pay off if you know what you are doing.

VestRight Cost
How much does VestRight cost? If you schedule a call with them, you will eventually find out what the cost of VestRight is. One VestRight review claims the cost is $15,000 to $18,000. Another VestRight review says the cost is $16,000, but during the initial sales pitch they will offer it for $9,000 if you sign up right away. That is a pretty significant discount, but making a quick decision to spend $9,000 is not easy either.
VestRight is definitely one of the more expensive coaching programs out there. But with the large potential returns (50 to 100k +) it might be worth it for some. We suggest doing your homework and talk to some other land investors first so you fully understand the process.
Is VestRight Worth It?
Is the cost of VestRight worth it? Land investing can payoff but understand that the process of finding off-market land deals, negotiating with sellers and waiting for your land use application to be approved by the city takes time. Sometimes the entire process can take 6 months to a year. However, the payoffs can be several thousands of dollars to over $100,000 for larger deals.
Cody Bjugan’s VestRight coaching program is worth it if you have patience and like the idea of a side hustle with low competition. If you get distracted easily and like faster returns, we suggest flipping or wholesaling real estate.
