REI Game Changers Review
I’ll start by saying REI Game Changers is not for beginner investors. If you are new to real estate investing or have only done a few deals, this program is probably not for you. The program is really geared for investors who own existing wholesaling or house flipping businesses and have already done a significant amount of deals. The ideal candidate would be an owner who wants to remove themselves from the day-to-day operation, build out a team and scale the business.
James and his team will do a full audit of your business and identify weaknesses and bottlenecks. They look at key 4 pillars of your business (marketing, acquisitions, dispositions, delegate & automate).
“We take every one of our clients through a very specific process, we’re able to get their lead flow up. That’s one of the first things that we do, is get them predictable, consistent lead flow. Because of that, we’re able to consistently help them close deals, and then scale to where they’re closing three or more deals per week, every single week in their business. We really specialize now in marketing and sales systems that allow real estate investors to scale at an extremely fast pace.” – James Hodges
1st Pillar – Proven Marketing System
Most wholesalers and flippers struggle bringing in consistent leads because they don’t stay consistent with marketing. Additionally, they let leads slip through the cracks because they don’t have good follow up systems in place. REI Game changers fixes all of that with their 4D Marketing System. The 4D Marketing System uses omnipresence which utilizes multiple channels all geared directly toward your prospects. It’s common sense really, but if you don’t have the proper systems in place, it’s not easy to implement. He also uses precision metrics for each prospect that comes through the channel.
REI Game Changers can effectively turn up the dial on certain channels to increase lead flow immediately. James will show you how to be in full control of your marketing, lead flow, follow up and appointments.
2nd Pillar – Acquisitions
Once your marketing and lead flow is dialed in, you’ll need to convert those qualified leads into appointments and contracts. The acquisitions pillar teaches business owners how to convert at a high level. It all starts with hiring the right people, with the right pay structure and setting them up for success.
Let’s face it, there is stiff competition out there so how do you set yourself apart? REI Game Changers will give you the tools and resources such as scripts, value proposition and proper messaging to set you apart from your competition. Your acquisitions team is a key element in a successful wholesaling / house flipping business and James Hodges will show you exactly how to build it the right way
3rd Pillar – White Glove Dispositions
James Hodges call his 3rd Pillar “White Glove Dispositions System”. A lot of the training here is focuses on getting to know your cash buyers and developing close relationships. The more your buyers know you and trust you, the more they will want to buy from. The White Glove Disposition System increased the average assignment fee in James Hodge’s wholesaling business from $14,000 to $26,000 in just 4 months.
Most wholesaler’s send out deals to an email list and cross their fingers. REI Game Changers will show you how to get your deal in front of the right buyers and the right time. Cuz’ this business is all about timing, right?
4th Pillar – Delegate & Automate
This is really why you signed up in the first place. To remove yourself from the business so you can go on vacation and trust that your team is still hustling putting money in your pocket! This pillar is all about putting the proper systems into place and finding the right talent to execute. James will introduce you to the software and systems he used to build his own business.
REI Game Changers Price
James Hodges will book a call, ask you questions about your business and then eventually tell you the cost of the program. REI Game Changers cost varies depending on what program you sign up for. Most people will opt for the Acceleration Program (6 months) or Catalyst Program (4 months). The cost for these programs vary but you can expect to pay up to $15,000.
There is also an exclusive 1-on-1 coaching program offered by REI Game Changers with a higher price tag. This coaching program is limited to only a few select people each year. The cost of the REI Game Changers 1-on-1 program is up to $75,000. That’s a hefty price to pay, but if James Hodges’ REI Game Changers can turn your business into a 7 figure business, it might be worth the cost of admission.
Is REI Game Changers Worth the Price?
I have personally spoke with James and I can attest that he is a reputable coach. While I haven’t completed the program, there are numerous business owners who have had tremendous success with the REI Game Changers program. Most students see positive results in the matter of months.
However, it’s all about what you put into it. Like anything in life, you need to be disciplined and put in the work. James and his team will give you framework and stay with you to make sure you are on the right track, but you still need to take action.
