SEO is quite literally the future of the world. It is already the #1 method we use to find information, professional services, advice… everything! It will continue to exponentially grow as the younger generations age. Here’s the deal, if you want to build a successful business and bring in organic leads, you need a website. Not just any website. A credible, SEO optimized website.
Why I Took the Bait with SEO For Real Estate Investors
You have lots of options when it comes to SEO. There are freelancers everywhere. Some better than others. However, if you are looking to rank organically for motivated seller leads, it’s critical that you understand your traffic and what they are looking for. In this SEO for Real Estate Investors Review, I will give you my feedback on the course and my results.
Let me start out by saying that I am usually a skeptic. I don’t make knee jerk decisions and I usually research the hell out of everything before I buy. Jerryll Noorden’s SEO for Real Estate Investors found me at time when my wholesaling business was very new. I launched the business at the end of 2019 and only had a few deals under my belt, but I was hungry for more.
His Marketing for Selling Marketing Was Damn Good
When I say his marketing got me, I mean it was spot on. I guess it makes sense. If he’s selling marketing he better be damn good at it! First of all, his own motivated seller website looks super polished and credible. Next, his value proposition was powerful. Free leads? Then he scrolls through his inbox and shows you hundreds of organic leads. Looked legit so far.
As soon as I clicked on one of his ads he was hitting me from all angles- Facebook, Instagram, Google… I’m pretty sure I saw a small plane fly by my house with a banner of Jerryll’s face one day. That signature look you can’t forget, gray beard and black beanie with an all too serious look on his face.

Who is this NASA Scientist Turned SEO Marketing Expert?
Believe it or not, Jerryll is a former NASA scientist. Learning SEO certainly isn’t rocket science, but if it were, he would be qualified! For real though, he definitely has the credentials. In addition to his fancy background he also runs his own successful house flipping business and ranks #1 for literally every motivated seller keyword you can think of in Connecticut. SEO experts are a dime a dozen these days but very few actually play in the house flipping space. Maybe it’s just me, but I would much rather hire an SEO guy who actually runs the same business as me.
Moving on to the good stuff. Here is my review of SEO for Real Estate Investors. Oh, I should mention one more thing. I only review products that I’ve used personally. I am always honest about my experience and you’ll get the good, bad and ugly of every product (if there is ugly!).
SEO For Real Estate Investors Review
I’ll start with this. It’s not cheap. However, most legit coaching and training programs are. After all, they guarantee results, right? I’m not going to tell you exactly how much (it probably changed) but I will say it’s a decent chunk of change. It was a boatload of money for me at the time, especially since my business was so new.
After you sign up, you’ll have a call with someone from the team. They will go over the program and start with the credibility side right away. You’ll have a board / checklist and Jerryll’s team will review and approve what you’ve done after each step. This is a key step in building your website and brand.
Writing the Content
After you’ve finished the credibility section, you’ll move onto the SEO section. Now, I want to make this very clear. You are responsible for writing your own content (or paying someone else to do it). I’ll be honest, when I signed up I thought I would get more help there. They did have VA’s at one point that you could hire to write blog posts and content (not sure if they still do).
It does take time to write the content and city pages. But this is long term investment and it’s not supposed to come easy. They will give you the roadmap, examples, tips, tricks, etc. But you have to write it.
Here is my site – Lakeshore Home Buyer

At first, I was discouraged. Then, the more I thought about it, the more it made sense. Your traffic wants to get to know you. They want to know you are credible, local, a family oriented person. If you write original content and be yourself, it will resonate with your traffic and they will like you and trust you. It doesn’t matter if you’re not a great writer. Be real and talk about the features of benefits of your business. Include plenty of pictures and videos. Make your brand original and it will pay off!
This is essentially the same message Jerryll promotes, and believe me, it works.
His Claim That You Will Rank #1 in Google
Is this legit? It depends on what you put into it. But hear this, he doesn’t want you to fail. He won’t let you. If he’s putting his stamp on your website he needs you to rank #1, or pretty dang close to it.
You need to be a realist though. There are many very competitive markets out there and companies are spending big bucks on website design and SEO. You can outrank these sites too, but you need to put in the effort.
I am currently ranking in the top 3 for most keywords I would want to rank for. I’ve been #1 at times, but Google is constantly changing and updating their algorithms. Every so often someone will pass me. Then a couple weeks later I’m back on top. This is plenty good enough for me and it’s resulted in a huge uptick in organic leads in the past 6 months.

It’s Expensive & Takes a Long Time – Is It Really Worth It?
I started the program in Jan of 2020, that year was extremely slow, I didn’t even start getting leads until late 2020. 2021 was better, but it wasn’t until the 2nd half of 2021 when they really started to pick up. I can’t stress enough that this process is slow, and it takes time. But is it worth it? 100% yes.
Would I have written this SEO For Real Estate Investors Review if I didn’t like the product? Yes. The purpose of this site is to share my wholesaling journey and review the products I’ve used (good or bad) to get there. Notice how I keep referencing my focus keyword in this blog post?
“SEO For Real Estate Investors Review”
That is not by accident. It’s all by design. Because of Jerryll’s course, like a rocket scientist I’ve become programmed to write SEO naturally. Creating optimized content has become a passion of mine. Blogging has become a hobby. In fact, my new Crushing REI blog has jumped from a zero DA (domain authority to a 13 in just 3 short months. What does that mean? It’s good, trust me.
